General provisions

Apartments' daily rental rates shown in the catalog include all apartment operating expenses and utility bills (including electricity) for the duration of your stay. However, rental rates exclude long-distance and international phone calls. Such calls can be made via alternative phone cards (the phones in our apartments do not have a direct long-distance / international access). Daily rental rates are fixed as of the day on which the reservation is made or the reservation conditions are discussed.

When making a reservation, the client must make a prepayment in the amount of a day's rent. The outstanding amount is to be paid not later than on the check-in date. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or altered arrangement by the client (postponing the date of checking in or checking out on an earlier date). If, after paying for the accommodation, due to some reasons you decide to check out on an earlier date, the outstanding rent will be refunded to you less the cancellation penalty in the amount of a day's rent.

Discounts are provided to our regular customers who own our Kvart-Hotel discount cards. The discount size is - 5% of the total accommodation bill amount. You can become f participant of the Kvart-Hotel discount program, having issued our discount card at check in or at our office.

When booking apartments often formed a "window" between races - a limited number of days, where a vacant apartment. These flats fall into the category of "hot offers" and are rented at discounted prices.

If necessary, the company Kvart hotel provides all the accounting documents confirming the payment of rent for an apartment in Moscow, namely: the lease contract, accounting act, cash voucher if the payment was in cash.

The cost of the apartment rent specified in our catalog is valid when booking of 2 or more days of accommodation.

When booking the apartment for 1 day in 2 and more days prior to date of arrival accommodation cost Tuesday through Thursday:

• one-room apartments + 1500 rub to the site price,
• two-room apartments + 2000 rub to the site price,
• three-room apartments + 2500 rub to the site price.

When booking the apartment for 1 day in 2 and more days prior to date of arrival accommodation cost Friday through Monday:

• one-room apartments + 1000 rub to the site price,
• two-room apartments + 2000 rub to the site price,
• three-room apartments + 2500 rub to the site price.

Payment methods / prepayment.

1. A bank transfer to our account. When selecting this method, please contact a member of our booking service staff to obtain an invoice (for legal entities). If you are planning to make the payment as a natural person, please contact our manager as well.
2. Cash payment at our office or at check in.
3. Payment by cards VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide, DINERS CLUB International, JCB International, STB-card at our website payment form.
   Pay attention, if you pay with bank card the discount size on the current special offer changes. You can receive more detailed information at our managers.
4. Electronic payment made in any office of Russian Post.
5. An electronic transfer via Yandex Money system. Account number in Yandex Money system 41001155711415.
6. A money transfer via Western Union or Contact system.
